Senator Jeffries moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 224 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §21-5-14 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to reducing the number of years of work in this state that certain designated employers must have before being excepted from the employer’s bond for wages and benefits requirement; and reducing the number of years of business in this state that said designated employers must have before termination of the employer’s bond for wages and benefits.
